Behentrimonium Chloride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Avocado Oil, Rice Bran Wax, PQ-10, Sunflower Seed Glycerides, Hemp Seed Oil, Dimethicone, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Amino Acids, Glycerin, Mica, Fragrance

-Soak hair with warm water.

-Rub bar in your palms for a few seconds.

-Apply bar directly to your hair in smooth, continuous strokes.

-Massage your scalp and hair for a couple of minutes.

-Leave for 1-2 minutes and rinse

To prolong the life of your solid conditioner, rinse suds off bar after every use and store in a dry place.
